Battery customization

Single Battery (Polymer)
For lithium polymer battery, the size and capacity is flexible. Each lithium polymer's battery voltage is standard at 3.7V.
Parallel (Polymer)
Depending on the number of cells in the pack, each additional parallel cell doubling the capacity while maintaining the same voltage rating. For instance, if a single cell's capacity is 5000mAh, each additional cell doubles the capacity as follow:
- 5 cells parallel in one battery pack is 25000mAh, voltage at 3.7V
- 10 cells parallel in one battery pack is 50000mAh, voltage at 3.7V
Series (Polymer)
Depending on the number of cells in the pack, each additional series cell doubling the voltage while maintaining the same capacity rating. For instance, if a single battery's capacity is 5000mAh, each additional cell doubles the voltage as follow:
- 5 cells series in one battery pack is 18.5V, capacity is 1000mAh
-- 10cells series in one battery pack is 37V, capacity is 1000mAh

Depending on the number of cells in the pack, each additional parallel cell doubling the capacity and each additional series cell doubling the voltage. For instance, if a single battery's capacity is 1000mAh, each additional cell doubles the capacity and voltage as follow:
- 5 cells parallel and 5 cells series in one battery pack is 5000mAh and voltage is 18.5V
-- 10 cells parallel and 10 series in one battery pack is 10000mAh and voltage is 37V
Anode & Negative electrode wires (Polymer)
We can adjust the length of the positive and negative wires based on customer's preference.

Battery with Protection circuit board (Polymer)
Professional protection circuit board design and development capabilities further increases the safety of the battery pack by setting a overcharge detection, over discharge detection, over current detection and delay in overcharge time detection.
NTC (Polymer)
Rechargeable batteries and battery packs contain a temperature coefficient to prevent overcharging. As the battery is charging, the reduced resistance of the temperature coefficient is detected for more accurate reflection of the overload current to provide a more stable and reliable performance.
